New-2-U Advert Policy

Mexborough Spiritualist Church is committed to ensuring that their site remains appropriate at all times, and to this end the New-2-U site operates an authorisation process, and therefore your Ad could take up to 24 hours to show online due to this checking process. If your Ad IS deemed inappropriate then a member of the Church will contact you to inform you of this but your Ad donation WILL NOT be refunded!

We cannot guarantee continuous access to our services or operation of our site as this may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control, although we will use reasonable endeavour to maintain an uninterrupted service.

As a seller using New-2-U, you will not:

  • post, list or upload content or items which may be deemed by some people to be inappropriate due to a sexual or racial nature
  • breach any laws, sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trade mark or other rights of third parties – eg. pirated CDs etc.
  • post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content
  • distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Mexborough Spiritualist Church's website

Prohibited Ad items include:

  • Illegal items such as drugs and drug paraphernalia
  • Stolen, counterfeit or pirated goods/software
  • Fireworks and Firearms, weapons and knives
  • Prescription drugs and materials

Please note – this list is NOT exhaustive, and it is up to Mexborough Spiritualist Church's discretion as to whether an ad is deemed inappropriate for their site.

Mexborough Spiritualist Church are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, and therefore have no control over, and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, nor do we guarantee the truth or accuracy of Ads displayed on our site.

Both buyer and seller accept sole responsibility for the legality of their actions under laws applying to you and the legality of any items you list on the New-2-U site.

The New-2-U site operates "donation tiers" depending on the selling price of the Ad you wish to place – ie:

  • 50p donation for an Ad of up to £50
  • £1 donation for an Ad of up to £100
  • £2 donation for an Ad of up to £500
  • £5 for an Ad with no price limit

Adverts remain online for at least 30 days after initial creation (unless you inform us otherwise).

Also note that ALL Ad donations are processed through Paypal, and the Church does not hold ANY financial or personal information.

Paypal Donations

All donations made to the Church via the Paypal facility utilise Paypal's secure transaction process. The Church does not hold ANY personal or financial details on their systems other than that provided via Paypal's e-mail notification service.
